I created a custom account but I forgot my username and password. How can I log in?
We decided to keep this simple...just create another log in and enter your schedule again. Your old login information will be cleaned up by the Homework Agenda program when we see that it hasn't been used in a couple months.
I created a custom account but I can't log in. I haven't used it in a while but I know I am using my correct username and password. How can I log in?
Since you haven't logged into your account in a while we probably considered it abandoned and deleted it. Just create another account.
I have a custom account, but I need to change the schedule I entered. How do I edit my schedule?
Log in using your custom account's username and password. There is a link for "Change Schedule" at the top left of the screen.
I am trying to setup my schedule for my custom account but I don't see my teacher in the list.
If you do not see your teacher that means that they have not defined themselves yet. Please contact your teacher and ask them to get with the program!
I am using a generic login and viewing my homework by selecting my team but I don't see all my teachers listed. They were all there last week.
That just means the teacher has not entered homework for the day you are viewing. Lucky Dog!

How do I convert a document in (insert type here) format to PDF so I can upload it?
There are many ways to accomplish this. Please contact your school's program administrator or technology specialist to see what resources they have available for document conversion.
Why are only PDF documents allowed?
This is to ensure that everyone will be able to open your document without the need to purchase any software. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is free to download. It also minimizes security concerns regarding viruses and embedded scripts in the files.
I am not part of a team or group? How do I use the Notes function to show information to my students?
You just need to create a group with yourself as the only member using the link for Maintain Group List under the Setup functions. Then define your schedule using Maintain Teacher List and Setup Information and select that group name as your Team or Group. You can then use the Maintain Group/Team Notes option to add notes for your "group" for display to the student.
I entered my homework and THEN I changed my schedule but it shows my old schedule when I view the homework I entered.
When homework is saved it also saves the schedule that you have defined at the time of the save. This is necessary in case you change the classes you teach during the year. We want to ensures if someone views "old" homework it will have the correct class name.
To correct this situation you must use the Delete Homework function to delete the homework with the incorrect class names then re-enter the homework. The homework will now appear correctly since you had the correct schedule defined before you saved the homework.
I uploaded a document and I would the link to it to appear in my webpage or website as well as on the Document List. What is the link?
First off, please keep in mind that uploaded documents are automatically removed by the Homework Agenda program 60 days after the available date range you specify. This could result in a broken hyperlink on your webpage if you aren't careful.
